Chris here again. Tēnā koe for completing the cicada maths activity, pai mahi! Did you enjoy it?

It seems like you have a very honest plan for how life is going to go, which is fantastic! I hope you know that being older isn’t just about getting sicker until you die, though! There’s so much life to be lived at every age, promise!

Do you know what sort of job you might want to have? Or what you would like to study at University? Knowing what your interests are is very important to both of these paths.

As always, can’t wait to see what you post next!

    Ngā mihi,
    Chris

It is me Quein again, a blog commenter for the Manaiakalani Summer Learning Journey. It is fantastic to see that you have given some thought to your future. I really like that you plan on going to university because getting a university diploma or a degree really increases the chances of you earning more money to support your family and one day buy a house. I studied for seven years at the university. It was also a lot of fun and you can get the chance to meet amazing people and friends. You are never too old to try new things. My mum was fifty and she went on roller coasters at a theme park in Australia, she is still very busy helping others and doing things.

Thank you for sharing your mahi

    Remember your future is Bright!!!

Keep up the Super work and I hope to see more of your posts during the Summer Learning Journey!!

    Ngā mihi,
    Quein

  3. Kia ora Jackson. I have been looking at a lot of your posts and can see some great mahi happening with positive comments from the team. You have given a lot of thought to your future and its wonderful that you are aiming to go to university. I know someone who is in his 80s and he has just completed his Masters degree at university. He is very fit and well and goes tramping and climbing.
    Keep doing your best.
